These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EB Interviews website, services, content, question bank, and related materials (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
EB Interviews provides subscription-based access to interview preparation materials, including technical interview questions, answers, explanations, and related educational content. Access to certain portions of the Services requires the creation of a user account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
2. Subscription Services
Access to the Services is offered through recurring subscription plans, which may include monthly, quarterly, or semiannual billing options. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor until your subscription is canceled. Subscription pricing and features may be modified from time to time at our discretion.
3. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of the current billing period.
All purchases are final. Because the Services provide immediate access to digital content, EB Interviews does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for subscription fees already paid.
4. License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, EB Interviews grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The content available through the Services is provided exclusively for the benefit of the individual subscriber and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, sold, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party.
Users may not upload or post content from the Services to websites, forums, social media platforms, file-sharing services, AI training datasets, cloud storage repositories, Discord servers, or any other public or private platform. The use of automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, browser extensions, artificial intelligence systems, or similar technologies to access, collect, reproduce, or extract content from the Services is strictly prohibited.
Any use of the Services beyond the limited license granted herein may result in suspension or termination of access and may subject the user to legal action.
5. Account Sharing
Subscriptions are intended for use by a single individual. Subscribers may access their accounts across multiple personal devices; however, login credentials may not be shared with other individuals. EB Interviews reserves the right to monitor account activity and investigate suspected account sharing. If we reasonably determine that an account is being used by multiple individuals or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available through the Services, including interview questions, answers, explanations, text, graphics, logos, software, website design, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by EB Interviews or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Services.
Third-party firm names and trademarks are used only to identify relevant interview-question collections. EB Interviews is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any investment bank or advisory firm referenced in the Services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the Services, our business, or other users.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EB Interviews disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EB Interviews and its owners, affiliates, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event shall the aggregate liability of EB Interviews exceed the amount paid by you to EB Interviews during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States law and the laws of the state in which EB Interviews operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
